I am a personal trainer and muay thai/boxing instructor. I have been coaching for 14 years and studying martial arts for over 25 years. As a personal trainer, I am well rounded in education and experience. I have helped people achieve a wide range of goals including toning and weight loss, injury rehab and prevention, sports performance, prenatal exercise, body building and combat sports competition and conditioning for military, PD and FD. I’ve also helped several brides get in great shape and look their best for their weddings.
I studied taekwondo in high school and college and earned a 3rd degree black belt. I’ve trained muay thai for the past 15 years and western boxing for 6 years. I did a little jiu-jitsu as well. I’ve had a few fights and I’ve coached and cornered boxers, MMA and muay thai fighters. I also coach a physique competitor who placed well this year and last year. I am technical and I pay attention to detail to help everyone whom I train to improve. I work hard and I don’t mind working hard because I like my job. I like helping people to look better, feel better, and become more coordinated or become a better athlete. We work hard in the gym, but we have fun too.
